The Arcline Customer Tracking™ Module provides a stable environment and user-friendly interface. Customer I.D. log-in and password protection, are part of the security features added to prevent internal system intrusion. Your customers only see their active work orders. It shows Work Order number, Shipper's City, State/Province, Consignee's City, State/Province, Pick Up location, date and time, Drop location, date and time, P.O. number for customer, along any shipment notes. All shipments display their current status, such as assigned, picked up, and delivered. ArcTrac pages are created to look just like your company website by our inhouse Arcline Support Team.
