Our History

Frank Le Feuvre, owner of Key Factor Freight Management Inc. (est. 1984) had an innovative idea back in 1990 to have a customized Software Solution developed for his firm. As an industry professional and licensed customs broker, Frank designed one of the first transportation software packages available in North America. Arcline (2000) Software systems are now sold internationally, handle multiple currencies and up to four separate taxes. Latest products include: ArcFreight™ for Freight Brokers, ArcFleet™ for Truckload Carriers and ArcTrips™ for LTL Carriers and Brokers.

We pride ourselves on our high level Customer Service. When you call Arcline (2000), you will not be lost in an impersonal phone system. It is our corporate policy for clients to have a live person answering the line to direct their call. There will be no high pressure sales tactics used in your interactions with Arcline (2000) Inc.; we do not employ any commission sales people.
